Mary Magdalene Brewer, 91, of Florence, passed away June 8, 2024. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, June 11 at 1:00 pm at Evergreen Baptist Church Cemetery. Reggie Bruce will be officiating, and Williams Funeral Home is assisting the family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Everett and Jewel Wallace; son, Ricky Brewer; and brother, Travis Wallace.
Mary is survived by her daughter, Beverly Bates (Phillip); grandchildren, Jason Bates (Shelley), Brad Bates (Shayla), and Stacy McKean. Additional survivors include great-grandchildren, Jack Bates (Chappell), Jolie Bates, Macon Bates, Ty Bates, and Grayson McKean; great-great granddaughter, Lila Bates; daughter-in-law, Sheree Brewer, her daughter, Holly Booth (Mike), Addison, and Peyton; nieces; and nephews.
She was a member of Evergreen Baptist Church.
The family would like to thank the staff at Lauderdale Christian Nursing Home.
