Our condolences and love to you all at this time. I know Celia years ago when we were in Girl Scouts even though we were in different towns, we met at camps. I became good friends with her sister, Lynn, and she married one of my best friends in high school David. She was always kind and fun and had a smile on her face and was very uplifting to be around my God, bless you all and give you strength at this time and take each day as it comes.
Oh, how I loved Mrs. Reynolds! I got to know this wonderfully, kind angel in 1998 when I began attending UNA and working in the Collier Library. She was a reference librarian, while I worked in Periodicals. Just as stated in her obituary, Mrs. Reynolds sent beautiful notes with each card . She will be missed by all who had the privilege to know this sweet lady and call her a friend.
We will certainly see her again in Heaven one day.
Ms Celia Reynolds was a fine lady. Y’all have my sympathy.
If it’s possible to know a person you never met, I knew Celia. Her “big” sister Lynn has been my close United Women in Faith friend for 37 years. We have traded so many sibling stories! Dear Lynn, Mike, and Joel, I am so sorry for your loss.
Sam,
We are so sorry to hear about Celia. You have both been so special to us, and to my parents, Bettye and Clyde Orr.
Sam, our prayers are certainly with you at this very difficult time.
Love, Cindy and Allan Davis
I miss Celia already. Celia became my cousin four decades ago when she married my cousin Sam. From day one she was a dedicated, caring family member, and the best communicator ever!! I will miss her charming, long letters and fun cards. I will miss her beautiful voice as well. Celia was truly one-of-a-kind. Rest in Love Celia.
