Randall “Randy” Richard Ashley, age 69, of Florence, passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Carol Ashley.
Survivors are his loving wife of 9 years, Cynthia Miller Ashley; brothers, Michael DeBerry and James DeBerry; sisters, Shelia Garsee, Tanya Whisler, and Tina Irving.
Randy retired with the City of West Melbourne, Florida as an Operations Supervisor. He was an avid NASCAR and football fan.

My heart is grieved, I can’t believe Randy has passed. He was such a great brother, he always knew how to make me laugh! He’ll forever be in my heart! I love you Randy!
Randy was a very great man and a great step father to me and he was an amazing husband to my mother Cindy I respect him and love him and will greatly miss this man very very much
