Douglas Jerome Knighten Jr., age 34, of Killen, passed away December 7, 2025. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 10, at Williams Funeral Home from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm. Service will follow with Jason Jones officiating.

Pall bearers include Steven Keeton, Landin Keeton, Braylan McMullan, Hayden Walton, Chad Brown, Nick Robertson, Cody Hayes, Shane Keeton, Danny Robertson, Johnathan Phillips, and Ryan James.

He was preceded in death by Brooklyn Hollins, Tra Hollins, and Frances Knighten.

Douglas is survived by his parents, Vicki Keeton and Doug Knighten Sr.; his son, Haygen Douglas Knighten; his sisters, Brittany Knighten (Chad Brown), Shana Walton (Hayden), Malaya Gargis and Kristen Grose; his grandparents, Turtle and Wanda Keeton; his uncle, Steven Keeton (Brittany); his aunt, Joni Keeton; his niece Annalyn; his two nephews, Houston and Wesson Brown; along with his cousins, Landin Keeton (Easton, Emersyn, and Eli), Andru Hollins, and Braylan McMullan.

Douglas loved spending quality time with his son and family. He loved his dogs, being on the water, and working on cars. Most of all he loved attending church, spreading God’s word, and praying over others.

Doug was one of my best friends for years he was one of the most stand up guys you could ever meet we didn’t get to hang out as much the last few years but always stayed in touch or talked when we saw each other.I will always think of him like A brother and it hurts to lose such a great person but the GOOD LORD ALWAYS HAS A REASON FOR WHAT HE DOES I truly belive he is in a better place I love a respect his family I will keep then all in my preyers
