Beverly Ann Bourg Giroir, age 85, of Florence, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2025. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 22^nd from 12:00 noon until 1:00 pm at St. Michael’s Catholic Church. The service will follow at 1:00 pm at the church with Father Abbot Cletus Meagner OSB officiating. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Earnest J. and Leona Chatagnier Bourg; grandparents, Willis and Louvinia Lyons Chatagnier; son, Patrick Paul Giroir; sisters, Mary Joyce Bourg, Melissa Bourg, and Sarah Ann Bourg; brother, Patrick Paul Bourg.

Survivors are her loving husband of 66 years, Ronald Giroir; children, Selena Clare Benoit (Bernie); son, Christopher Giroir (Stephanie); sisters, Brunella Duplantis, Debra Dehart, and Bonnie Eubanks; grandchildren, Jonathan Benoit, David Benoit, Michael Giroir, Sarah Breaux, Matthew Giroir, and Paige Means; daughter-in-law, Carol Giroir; 3 great-grandchildren and one on the way.

Beverly was a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church and was deep in her faith.  She loved reading and puzzles. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be dearly missed.
