Brittney Dawn Ellis, 39, of Florence, passed away March 9, 2026. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 18 at Williams Funeral Home from 1:00 – 2:00 pm. The funeral will start at 2:00 with Ronny Jones officiating and burial will follow in Odem Chapel Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Darrell Paulk, Sam Garrie, Dakota Norton, Kevin, Fuller, John Garrie, and Alan Fuller.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dana and Syble Ellis.

Brittney is survived by her husband, Jason Garrie; children, Carson McCravy, Chloe Garrie, and Ella Rae Garrie; sisters, Tiffany Ellis, and Ashley Ellis; several nieces and nephews.

Brittney was a devoted and loving wife, mother, sister, friend, and aunt who brought joy to everyone around her. She had a passion for staying active, loved spending time at the beach, and cherished every moment with her family and friends. Brittney also deeply valued her work, forming meaningful connections with her co-workers and the residents she saw each day at Florence Wellness. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine care for others left a lasting impact on all who knew her.
