Richard “Rich” Walter Adolphsen, age 62, of Russellville, passed away on Monday, July 14, 2026. The family will receive friends Saturday, August 1 from 3:00 – 5:00 pm at Williams Funeral Home.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Walt and Frances Adolphsen; longtime spouse, Teresa Nace.

Survivors are his daughters, Heidi Adolphsen and Robin Adolphsen; siblings, Doug Sheffield, Missy Juavinett (Jay), John Sheffield (Debbie), Freda Davis (Warren), and Matt Adolphsen (Jenn); grandchildren, Liam Adolphsen, Silas Hudson, and Declyn Adolphsen; several nieces and nephews.

Richard Walter Adolphsen was a beloved father, son, uncle & brother. He enjoyed fishing in unique spots, taking friends and family tubing down creeks & hunting. He was always willing to go to a classic car show or any adventure that would end up with mud on the tires. In the summer months, he enjoyed taking his daughters to the county fair or finding a new swimming hole. He loved his family and enjoyed the time with his grandchildren.
