Charlene was a devoted member of First Baptist Church Killen, where her faith was at the center of her life. For many years, she lovingly prepared the Wednesday night meals at the church and was passionate about mission trips and serving others.
She retired after 25 years as a school bus driver for Brooks High School, a role she cherished and through which she touched the lives of many students and families. Charlene was also a proud member of the Killen Eastern Star.
Above all, Charlene’s faith came first, followed closely by her love for her family. She had a heart for people and was affectionately known as “Nana” to everyone. Her kindness, warmth, generous spirit, and unwavering love will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
