James Walter “Jimmy” Crawford III, age 65, of Florence, formerly of Killen, Alabama, passed away on Friday, February 27, 2026. Visitation will be Monday, March 2nd from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Williams Funeral Home of Florence. The service will follow at 1:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at Center Star Cemetery. Additional arrangements will be announced later.

I valued Jimmy as a great friend while we attended Brooks. You are all in my prayers. Many fond memories will always be cherished.
So sorry for your loss!! He was a fine gentleman and He was such a young man. . Sending prayers for you Lacey and your family.
I’m a better person for just knowing Jimmy a short time.
