Annie Laurie Freeman, age 98, of Center Star and Decatur, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2026. Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 28^th from 10:00 am until 12:00 noon at Williams Funeral Home of Florence. The service will follow at 12:00 noon in the funeral home chapel with Brother Greg Cook officiating. Burial will be at Decatur City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be BJ Herron, Matthew Landers, Dennis Freeman, Caleb Gautney, Andrew Gautney, and Jon Herron.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Lawton and Annie Pearl Williams; husband, Bill Freeman, Sr.; brother, Bobby Williams; sister, Jean Gautney; daughter, Lindy Landers; son, Jerry Freeman; son-in-law, Ricky Holden.

Survivors are her children, Bill Freeman, Jr. (Diane) and Robin Holden; daughter-in-law, Ramona Freeman; grandchildren, Adam, BJ (Kara), Matthew (Roxanne), Dennis (Lisa), Jessica (Anthony), and Rebecca; 12 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
