JoAnne Marks Brown, age 60, of Florence, passed away on Monday, August 3, 2026. Visitation will be on Saturday, August 15th from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Williams Funeral Home of Florence.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joey Brown; special friend, Keith Jones; parents, Mother, Sally Mae Goode Swanner and dad, Jimmy Marks.
Survivors are her daughters, Candice McRae (Donald Garrison), Jada Mittag (Jamie), Ryder Franklin, and Menelle Garrison; siblings, Dale Marks, Madison Marks (Karen), and Kendria Brown; grandchildren, Isaiah Powers (Katie), Isabella Powers, Isaac Watkins, llijah Goodman, Gabriel Goodman, and Cayden Levi Brown; great-grandchildren, 2 expected by Isaiah and Isabella; several nieces and nephews.
JoAnne was a member of Cowboy Church of Limestone County. She loved true crime drama, fashion, attending her grandkids basketball and baseball games, thrift stores, and helping people in need. Christmas was her favorite holiday.

Joann was into fashion and always had on the prettiest clothes. Her hair was always styled so pretty as well. And she had the smile to go with all that❤️❤️. I loved her dearly
