April 14, 1973 - September 15, 2021

Zachary “Brian” Weems, age 48, of Florence, passed away September 15, 2021.  The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Experience Church,  5531 County Road 47, Florence, AL.  The funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 19, in the church with Brother Jeffrey Street officiating.  Burial will follow in Hale Cemetery.  Williams Funeral Home is directing.

Brian was preceded in death by his father, Virgil Weems; and grandparents, Frank and Annie Weems and Claude and Geneva Hampton.

Survivors include his mother, Lois Weems; son, Kyle McNatt; brother, Greg Richardson; sisters, Mona Miller (Patrick), Wendy Richardson and Amanda Gray (Brandy); nephews, Dustin Richardson (Molly), Dillion English (Tatlin), Timmy Lang (Selena), Hunter Miller (Tiffany) and Korbin Gray; nieces, Destin McLemore (Justin) and Briana Lang (Michael); and a number of great-nephews and great-nieces.

Serving as pallbearers will be Dustin Richardson, Dillion English, Timothy Lang, Rod Peden, Jeremiah Lang, Jake Robertson and Ray Burbank.

Brian loved his dog “Little Bit” and enjoyed fishing.  He was a wonderful brother and son and loved to make people laugh.

The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff of the ICU/Covid unit of Helen Keller Hospital for their loving care.

I was saddened to hear of your loss of Brian we had a lot of child hood memories he always made me laugh when i worked at the store at the red light in killen when it was cmart then we got to pick at one nother like when we was in school condolences an prayers for yall he was a card i bet him an jackie having a ball
