He is preceded in death by his father, Mark Hanback and grandmother, Grace Hanback.
Survivors include his mother, Beverly Stutts Hanback; grandmother, Beatrice Carter; one brother and one sister.
Chad enjoyed bowling and fishing with his dad. He loved his niece and treasured his time with her.
