Glenda Jean Varnell Willis, age 81, of Florence, passed away May 23, 2023. Services will be private. Williams Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Glenda was preceded in death by her husband, Derrell G. Willis.
Survivors include her son, Derrell Van Willis (Dell); sisters, Ann Ashley (Bob) and Faye Patterson (Ray); five grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friend, Irving King.
Glenda was a member of Broadway Baptist Church.

Van, Your mother was a very sweet, Christian lady. I remember attending church with her at Lee Heights Baptist, she always helped with our youth group in any way she was needed. Praying for your peace and comfort.
