Sammy Jewel Roberts, age 68, of Florence, passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. Visitation will be on Saturday, September 26^th from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at Williams Funeral Home of Florence. The service will follow at 3:00 pm in the funeral home chapel with Brother Ronnie Jones officiating. Burial will be at Bluewater Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Matt Holden, Andy Holden, Charles Overton, Roland White, Michael Dover, and Justin Murphy.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Marie Roberts; sisters, Paula Overton, Daness Harrison, and Shana Barringer; sister-in-law, Kim Holden; father-in-law, Sonny Holden.

Survivors are his loving wife of 46 years, Tammy Holden Roberts; children, Hunter Roberts (Ramsey) and Mallory Murphy (Justin); sister, Jan Kelley; grandchildren, Mason, Marilee, Will, Walker, and Kase.

Sammy was of member of 1^st Baptist Church of Center Star and was retired with TVA.
